Key facts about BBA in one minute

Are you interested in business, management or marketing? Then come to study Bachelor of Business Administration in Prague. The study field is suitable for students with analytical thinking who are interested in the business environment, particularly for those with an emphasis on management and building companies.

During the bachelor studies, a student will be introduced to all the areas that are essential for the proper functioning of a business, e.g. marketing, logistics, corporate finance, personnel management or entrepreneurship.

Double Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux, FR)

Double Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux, FR)

Delivered in English at both institutions, the Bachelor Level Dual Degree is open to qualified VSE BBA candidates, who will be able to spend the first three semesters of their business management/economics studies at the home institution, followed by three semesters of KEDGE BS KBA Programme at the host institution, and earn their double Bachelor’s degree as part of the new double-degree programme.

Admission Process

  1. Online application 
    Start your e-application, make sure to include all the required documents, and pay the application fee 50 EUR by February 28 (1st intake) / by April 30 (2nd intake) / by June 10 (3rd intake).

  2. Upload your essay + motivational video
    In your e-application, provide link to your motivation statement video and hand in your essay on a given topic.

  3. Upload personal documents
    Upload a notarized copy of your secondary school leaving certificate and its translation to English / Czech language or an interim document in the form of study confirmation with expected date of your graduation.

  4. Committee decision
    On-site/online interview follows. The admission results will be announced by March 31, 2025 (1st intake) / by May 26, 2025 (2nd intake) / by July 1, 2025 (3rd intake).

  5. Tuition fee
    Pay the tuition fee (2,500 EUR/semester), get your visa documents (if needed) and you are ready to go.

  6. Enrolment
    Congratulations! As of now, you are a student.

1st intake: Applications open on November 1, 2025, and close on February 28, 2026.

2nd intake: Applications open on March 1, 2026, and close on April 30, 2026.

3rd intake: Applications open on May 1, 2026, and close on June 10, 2026.

Management

The aim of the subject is to introduce the students into the phenomenon of the successful management of corporations on a general level, which implies the widest range of the managed subjects, whether enterprises or non-profit associations, small and medium-sized business or management of multinational corporations.

Marketing

The aim of the course is to teach students how to rationally choose to use a tool for analyzing and managing common situations in corporate financial management. The course focuses on financial management from operational to strategic decision making.

Logistics

The aim of this course is to provide students with current logistics corporate practice in the competitive environment of EU, CR and world markets. It prepares students for the efficient application of logistics by managers.

Operations Management

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic approaches of operations management for manufacture and non-manufacturing organisations. Introduce basic methods of production processes management, but also the management of support and auxiliary processes.

Corporate Finance

The aim of the course is to teach students how to rationally choose to use a tool for analyzing and managing common situations in corporate financial management. The course focuses on financial management from operational to strategic decision making.

Consumer Behaviour

The course is designed to develop students’ understanding of consumers and their behaviour, which is a key prerequisite to the development of an adequate marketing programme. Entrepreneurship.

Managerial Accounting and Perfomance Analysis

The aim of the course is to analyze accounting information from managerial purposes and to focus on the quantification of costs and expenses. Furthermore, there is dealt with budgeting issues and investment planning.

Foundations of Business Strategy

The course introduces students to the basic approaches to corporate strategy. Attention is focused on understanding the basic factors of a company environment that shape its competitive position. Emphasis is placed on the discussion between students and teachers about the latest trends affecting corporate strategy.

Personnel Management

The course introduces modern principles and practices of personnel management (human resource management) in the organization, explains the key role of personnel management in achieving strategic objectives of the organization and introduces fundamental human resource functions that determine the competitiveness of the organization in the global economy.

Entrepreneurship

This course provides answers which most future entrepreneurs ask about. We try to show ways where to get a business idea and how to start own company from different practical perspectives.
