BBA Student Alisa Matijević Wins in ESOP Contest

Every academic year, the best students’ written works are awarded in the ESOP (Excellent Student Professional Theses) competition. This time, out of the nominated bachelor theses, the CVV committee voted winner our BBA alumna Alisa Matijević with her Bachelor thesis, “Application of Lean sustainability in the company Loro Oro.” A huge round of applause!

In her work, she deals with the numerous possibilities for process improvement, particularly in the case of SMEs, applied to a particular case of Czech company Loro Oro, using Lean sustainability and other Lean tools.

• Her thesis was supervised by Ing. Felipe Martínez, Ph.D.

The authors of the awarded bachelor theses will be invited to a meeting with the university leadership in autumn 2023 when the award ceremony will take place.
